The pendant features a flat, brushed, 18kt yellow gold heart shape outlined with a raised edge of high polished gold, measuring approximately 10mm high. The center of the pendant is features a convex, high-polish yellow gold, eight-pointed star accented with a single (1) round-brilliant diamond, set in four-prongs, at the center. The pendant also features thin rays of raised gold coming from the center in a starburst design. The rays from the four diagonal points of the star are accented with rows of round-brilliant diamonds, each individually set in shared-prongs. The pendant hangs on a gold bale, accented with a vertical row of five (5) round-brilliant diamonds, each individually set in shared-prongs. The pendant slides along an 18kt yellow gold cable chain.
